According to items 4 and the 17th Articles 11, Item 7 of Article 105 and the paragraph the fourth item 4 of Article 278 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for use of the preliminary information presented in the form of the electronic document.

2. Determine the following customs transactions when which making the preliminary information presented in the form of the electronic document is used:

a) receipt of permission of customs authority of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively – state member, the Union) on implementation in the place of arrival of unloading, overload (transfer) and other cargo operations with goods, and also replacements of the vehicles of international delivery which delivered goods on customs area of the Union, other vehicles;

b) the notification of customs authority of state member on implementation in the place of arrival of unloading, overload (transfer) and other cargo operations with goods, and also replacements of the vehicles of international delivery which delivered goods on customs area of the Union, other vehicles if such notification is submitted in the cases established by the legislation of state members on customs regulation and (or) international treaties of state members with the third party.

3. This Decision becomes effective since July 1, 2019.
