"For the purposes of use of foreign currency when carrying out with participation of physical persons of the currency transactions provided by Chapter 6 of these rules the currency transactions performed in the territory of the Republic of Belarus are understood as the currency transactions providing calculations, on which:
transfer of cash is performed in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
transfer of the cash received in the territory of the Republic of Belarus is performed into the accounts opened in banks;
money transfer is performed from accounts into the accounts opened in banks.
