About approval of Rules of carrying out currency transactions
Based on Articles 26, of 33, of 212, 277 Bank codes of the Republic of Belarus, article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 "About currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out currency transactions.
2. Determine that the accounts of nonresidents of type "I" (investment) opened in banks of the Republic of Belarus before entry into force of this resolution function before complete use of the money which is on them in the following mode:
receipt transactions are not performed;
account transactions are performed according to the procedure, established for the current (settlement) accounts like "T".
2-1. No. 515 is excluded according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of 26.08.2015

4. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (their structural elements) according to the list according to appendix to this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2004.
