Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2004 No. 72 "About approval of Rules of carrying out currency transactions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 76, 8/10973; 2005, No. 19, 8/12037; 2007, No. 82, 8/16051; 2008, No. 30, 8/18077; 2009, No. 110, 8/20881; No. 237, 8/21450; No. 292, 8/21667; 2010, No. 157, 8/22466) following changes and amendments:

1.1. exclude Item 2-1;

1.2. in Rules of carrying out the currency transactions approved by this resolution:

1.2.1. exclude preamble;

1.2.2. to exclude the word of "(department)" from Item 2 part one paragraph two;

1.2.3. exclude Item 2-1;

1.2.4. to add item 4 after the words "Individual entrepreneurs" with words ", the notaries performing notarial activities in notarial bureaus, the lawyers performing lawyer activities individually";

1.2.5. in Item 18:

state subitem 18.1 in the following edition:

"18.1. share acquisition in case of their distribution among founders, share in authorized fund or share in property of the nonresident, and also introduction of additional contribution to authorized capital of the nonresident in case of its increase;";

in subitem 18.2 the word "issued" shall be replaced with words "emitted (issued)";
