According to Item 4, to Item 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 13 parts two of Article:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of protection of the rights and the interests of investors protected by the law approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 26, 2016 No. 825, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 2016 for No. 874/29004, which are applied.

2. To participating banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits:

1) to give the activities, including to update form of the certificate of system of guaranteeing household deposits, in compliance with requirements of the Changes approved by this decision no later than 30 days from the date of, the entry into force of this decision following behind day;

To provide 2) in the software identification of deposits (deposits) which fall under the term "contribution" determined in the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", method which provides their operational allocation.

3. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
