About modification of the Regulations on the Credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, 67, 67-1 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the regulating and observation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: functions by the National Bank of Ukraine

1. To state Item 5 of the Section I of the Regulations on the Credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 4, 2018 No. 50, in the following edition:

"5. Forming of the Credit register is performed based on the data represented by the banks according to Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting delivered in the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 13, 2018 No. 120.".

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Rozhkova K. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
