About modification and amendments in the model charter about operating procedure with appeals of physical persons and legal entities in state bodies, public institutions and the organizations with the state participation
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About appeals of physical persons and legal entities" of September 11, 2017 the No. ZRU-445 Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the standard charter about operating procedure with appeals of physical persons and legal entities in state bodies, public institutions and the organizations with the state participation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 7, 2018 No. 341 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 5, the 107th Article) according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, the cities and areas to bring the normative and legal and other documents accepted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
