RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About regulations of food of persons containing in organizations of execution of punishments and pre-trial detention centers of the Public criminal and executive service, places of temporary content of the State Border Service, temporary detention centers, receivers distributors for children both other places of content of National police and specially allotted places for temporary content (temporary detention centers) of Security service

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

regulations of food of persons containing in organizations of execution of punishments and pre-trial detention centers of the Public criminal and executive service, places of temporary content of the State Border Service, temporary detention centers, receivers distributors for children both other places of content of National police and specially allotted places for temporary content (temporary detention centers) of Security service according to appendix 1;

regulations of replacement of food of persons containing in organizations of execution of punishments and pre-trial detention centers of the Public criminal and executive service, places of temporary content of the State Border Service, temporary detention centers, receivers distributors for children both other places of content of National police and specially allotted places for temporary content (temporary detention centers) of Security service according to appendix 2;

Procedure for application of regulations of food of persons containing in organizations of execution of punishments and pre-trial detention centers of the Public criminal and executive service, places of temporary content of the State Border Service, temporary detention centers, receivers distributors for children both other places of content of National police and specially allotted places for temporary content (temporary detention centers) of Security service which is applied.

2. The expenses connected with accomplishment of this resolution in 2021 and the next years are performed within the assignments provided to the corresponding managers of budgetary funds.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
