1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) by Public service for safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protection which are applied is determined.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2011 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity for sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population is estimated and is determined No. 1405 frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) by the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service and its territorial authorities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 10, the Art. 369);
