1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of the state fund of assistance of employment in 2005.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 1998 No. 759 "About the state fund of assistance of employment" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 14, the Art. 375);
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 1999 No. 1418 "About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of the state fund of assistance of employment" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 72, 5/1633);
the paragraph the fourth Item 2 ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28.06.2013 No. 569
