Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 25, 1996 No. 62 "About approval of Rules of transit of foreign citizens and stateless persons through the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1996, No. 3, the Art. 66).
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 5, 2006.
