1. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 1110 "About establishment of the amount of payment of the legal aid given by the lawyer and the expense recoveries connected with protection and representation" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 75-76, 561);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1150 "About approval of Rules of accounting of the free legal aid in the form of legal consultation rendered by the lawyer" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2015, Art. No. 80-81-82, 593).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication, except for the subitem 1) of Item 1 of this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
