1. This Procedure determines the procedure of maintaining the Information legal Internet portal of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - the Internet portal).

The Internet portal is created for the purpose of providing the rights of citizens to their participation in process of law-making activities and acquisition of full, timely and non-paid access to the regulatory legal acts having potential impact on subjects of entrepreneurship (further - regulatory legal act), and also information provided by analysis system of regulatory impact.
3. The analysis of regulatory impact of projects of regulatory legal acts is carried out by subjects of law-making.
