Based on part four of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 "About legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 105-Z
1. Determine the list of places for which visit, and objects for which entrance on the territory and stay on it foreign citizens, stateless persons need special permission, and also state bodies and other organizations, authorized to issue such permissions, according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Defence, Committee for State Security, the State boundary committee, the Gomel and Mogilev regional executive committees to establish the list of officials, representatives to issue such permissions.
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 5, 2006.
