About approval of the Concept of implementation of technologies "Smart City" in the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of creation of worthy conditions for increase in level of living, the solution of pressing problems of citizens, improvement of social infrastructure and development of regions, and also consecutive realization of the tasks determined by the Strategy of actions by five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
The concept of implementation of technologies "Smart City" in the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Concept) according to appendix No. 1;
The plan of practical measures for implementation of the Concept of implementation of technologies "Smart City" in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2019 - 2021 (further - the Plan of practical measures) according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the ministry of innovative development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure to render assistance to the ministries, departments, public authorities on places and to other organizations in realization and scientific and methodical maintenance of the actions provided by the Concept and the Plan of practical measures.
3. To provide to the ministries and departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent:
timely and high-quality accomplishment of the actions provided by the Concept and the Plan of practical measures by implementation of mechanisms of public-private partnership and broad involvement of representatives of scientific educational institutions, non-state non-profit organizations, independent experts (consultants), investors, including foreign;
