To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan annually till March 1 taking into account real need of regions within the places provided by the Plan of enrollment of students in higher educational institutions of the republic according to quota of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2006-2010 to determine specialties and higher educational institutions.
3. To the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan in two-month time in coordination with the relevant ministries and departments to develop and submit for approval in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Rules about procedure for enrollment of students in higher educational institutions of the republic according to quota of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2006 - 2010 (in edition of the Order of the Government RT from 3.04.2006g. No. 137).
