1. 2. To the federal state bodies performing functions and powers of the founder of subordinated federal institutions till April 1, 2019 to make according to this resolution changes to regulations (approximate provisions) on compensation of employees of subordinated federal institutions by types of economic activity concerning organizations:

the state functions performing execution;

allocated in the cases provided by the Federal Laws, powers on implementation of the state functions assigned to the specified federal state bodies;

the specified federal state bodies providing activities (administrative, information and technical and staffing, clerical work, financial accounting and the reporting).

3. Recommend to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies to be guided by provisions of this resolution in case of regulation of questions of the pay level of work of employees of public institutions of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government offices.
