1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on features of creation of record of the act of civil status outside the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Items 6 and 8 of the Provision approved by this resolution regarding creation of notifications with use of federal state information system of maintaining the Unified state register of civil registrations which become effective since April 1, 2019.

Regulations on features of creation of record of the act of civil status outside the territory of the Russian Federation

This Provision determines features of creation of record of the act of civil status outside the territory of the Russian Federation the bodies performing according to the Federal Law "About Acts of Civil Status" (further - the Federal Law) state registration of acts of civil status of the citizens of the Russian Federation living outside the territory of the Russian Federation, and located in the territories with limited technical capabilities of creation of civil registrations in electronic form according to requirements of the Federal Law (further - separate consular establishment).

2. The list of separate consular establishments is determined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
