For the purpose of accomplishment of the Strategic plan of privatization of medium and large enterprises and restructuring of subjects of natural monopolies and especially large enterprises for 2003-2007 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 7, 2003 No. 486, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Individual restructuring plan of Tochiktelekom Open joint stock company it (is applied).

2. To render the ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government specified in the Individual restructuring plan of Tochiktelekom Open joint stock company comprehensive assistance in its accomplishment.

3. To Tochiktelekom open joint stock company about results of accomplishment of the Individual restructuring plan of Tochiktelekom Open joint stock company every half-year to submit the report in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
