solved:
1. Approve Regulations on Coordination council on financial accounting of the State Parties of the CIS it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid Regulations on Coordination council on financial accounting under Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the General provisions of forming of accounting (financial) records of the commercial organizations in the State Parties of the CIS approved by the Decision of CIS Economic Council of May 25, 2000.
