Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of establishment, payment and renewal of payment of monthly pension supplement to persons performing the powers of the member of the Federation Council, the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 10, 2014 No. 635 "About some questions connected with establishment of monthly pension supplement to persons performing powers of the member of the Federation Council, the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 29, Art. 4141; 2015, No. 33, Art. 4824; 2016, No. 33, Art. 5186).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.

"3(1). In case of refusal the citizen of the Russian Federation from monthly pension supplement he submits the declaration of abandonment of monthly pension supplement issued in form according to appendix No. 1(1). The passport copy of the citizen of the Russian Federation is enclosed to the specified application.
