About approval of Rules of the cabin of especially valuable tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of settlement of implementation of the cabin of especially valuable tree species, according to Article 1 Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About prohibition of the cabin, transportation, acquisition and sale, procurement and use, export especially valuable (nut and archovy) tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Rules of the cabin of especially valuable tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the state agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this Resolution.

3. To impose control of implementation of the cabin of especially valuable tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic on the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Provisional rules of issue of permissions to the cabin especially valuable (nut and archovy) tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 23, 2014 No. 612.

5. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This Resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
