2. Determine that Item of 5 changes approved by this resolution:

regarding codes 8481 30 990 2 and 8481 30 990 8 extends to the legal relationship which arose since September 2, 2016;

regarding codes 7326 90 980 7, 8528 52 900 9 and 8528 59 900 9 extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2017;

regarding code 3926 90 970 7 extends to the legal relationship which arose since August 17, 2018;

regarding codes 9405 40 100 2, 9405 40 100 8, 9405 40 390 2, 9405 40 390 8 and 9405 40 990 9 extends to the legal relationship which arose since August 19, 2018.

3. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
