2. Requirements of this Instruction extend to positions of bank clerks of Russia with the double name from among the positions specified in the List.

3. This Instruction becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

From the date of entry into force of this Instruction to declare invalid the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 28, 2017 No. 4627-U "About the List of positions of bank clerks of Russia to which in case of acceptance citizens and in case of whose substitution bank clerks of Russia shall represent data on the income, expenses, on property and obligations of property nature, and also on the income, expenses, on property and obligations of property nature of the of the spouse (spouse) and minor children", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 22, 2017 No. 49370.
