About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to requirements of Articles 15, of 25, of 30, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 44 and 56 Laws of Ukraine
1. Is not effective according to item 4.
2. In Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for the establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position by the National Bank of Ukraine and control of their observance by authorized banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 No. 290, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2005 for No. 946/11226 (with changes), words, figures and letter of "reporting No. 1D form "Balance of bank", provided ", " of March 1, 2016 No. 129" shall be replaced with words, figures and letter of "the file 01X "Data on Account Balances" provided", "of November 13, 2018 No. 120".
3. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.
4. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019. Item 1 of this resolution is effective about day of enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions".
