1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Instructions for use electrical energy" of August 22, 2012 No. 576 the following change:

in the Instructions for use electrical energy approved by the above-stated Resolution:

"6-1. Consumers whose power networks are technically not expected transmission of electricity over the contractual capacity having no right to transfer the electric power to other consumers on the networks.

The electrotransferring and electrosupplying organizations have no right to transfer the electric power to consumers on the power networks which technically are not expected accession of electroinstallations of consumers over contractual capacity.".
