About modification of the Instruction about procedure of control of export, import transactions

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", to the Law of Ukraine "About procedure of payments in foreign currency", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure by banks of control of export and import transactions the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure of control of export, import transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 24, 1999 No. 136, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 28, 1999 for No. 338/3631 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Section 1:

add Item 1.1 with the new paragraph of such content:

"Monitoring body - head department of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine in areas, Kiev, Head department of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine in the Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, Office of large taxpayers of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine according to the main place of accounting of resident.";

the paragraph third Item 1.2 after words and figures "in the paragraph the second Item 3.3 of Section 3 of this Instruction," to add with words and the letters "and in the presence of information on them in the register of MD";

in Item 1.5:
