About approval of the Instruction about control procedure on export, import transactions
According to the Law of Ukraine "About procedure of payments in foreign currency" of 23.09.94 No. 185/94-BP and considering changes which took place during 1994 - 1998 in the field of currency control and control by payment of residents under export, import and leasing agreements, Board DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about control procedure on export, import transactions it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid the Instruction of the National Bank of Ukraine "About procedure of payments in foreign currency on export-import transactions on the terms of payment deferral or deliveries", approved by the order of the National Bank of Ukraine of 14.06.94 No. 85 (with changes and amendments).
3. To impose control of execution of the resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the board V. S. Stelmakh and the director of the department of currency control S. O. Yaremenko.
4. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
