ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 3, 2014 No. 303

According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 3, 2014, No. 303 "About district coefficients, coefficients for work in desert, anhydrous areas and in mountain areas" the following changes:

- in Item 3 of the word of "The Murghab region of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region" shall be replaced with words "the dekhot, settlements and villages located at the height over 3000 meters above sea level";

- state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. In the territory of the dekhot, settlements and villages located at the height over 3000 meters above sea level to make charge of district coefficient, coefficient for work in mountain areas without restriction from the monthly salary of workers.".

2. In the second column of the Name of jamias of the villages, settlements and villages which are at the height over 2000 meters above sea level, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 3, 2014 respectively shall be replaced with words No. 303 of the word "Ganchinsky District", "Shuroobodsky", "Dzhirgitalsky District" and "Tavildarinsky District" "area Devashtich", "area Shamsiddin Shokhin", "area Lakhsh" and "area Sangvor".

3. To the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. Enact this Resolution since January 1, 2019.
