According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for conducting exit checks of the legal entities who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for provision to banks of services in collection and reduction in compliance with normative and legal and administrative acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: it

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of the legal entities who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for the provision to banks of services in collection approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 5, 2017 No. 60, which are applied.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine of Cold S. V.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
