About modification and amendments in the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2012 No. 554

Based on the paragraph of the sixth of part four of Article 34 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about requirements imposed to the business plan, the strategic plan of development of bank, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company, non-bank credit and financial organization, evaluation procedure of such plans approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2012 No. 554 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.12. 2012, 8/26592; 26.07. 2016, 8/31115), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 7:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"7. The business plan (the strategic plan of development) of bank shall correspond to the following principles of its development:";

the ninth to add the paragraph with the offer of the following content: "Financial and other performance shall be reflected in the business plan (the strategic plan of development) with use of official monetary unit of the Republic of Belarus;";

1.2. in Item 8:

in part one:

the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"financial condition of bank at the time of development of the strategic plan of development (for the strategic plan of development of bank);";

add part with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"results of accomplishment of earlier approved business plan (the strategic plan of development) of bank and its efficiency (for the strategic plan of development of bank).";

the second to exclude part;

1.3. to exclude the word "periodic" from Item 9;

1.4. state Items 12-14 in the following edition:
