Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of January 25, 2007 No. 22 "About approval of the Instruction about evaluation criteria and procedure for creation of the business plan of bank and non-bank credit and financial organization" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 70, 8/15968).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 22, 2013.
