About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 671 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2796; 2016, No. 85, Art. 2781; 2017, No. 41, Art. 1288; 2018, No. 75, the Art. 2514), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

1. In Item 1:

The second the words "in the field of defense" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "spheres of defense";

The paragraph third to state 2) in the following edition:

"The Ministry of Defence is the central executive body and military management under which supervision Armed Forces and State special transservice are.";

2. To state the subitem 1 of Item 3 in the following edition:
