1. Bring in the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of August 29, 2017 No. 1050 "About approval of the Procedure of payments of compensation amount of losses to licensees which perform economic activity on delivery of electrical energy in the fixed territory, from electrical supply to the population" the following changes:
