About modification and amendments in the Instruction on the organization and carrying out selective state statistical observation of amounts of retail sale of goods by individual entrepreneurs and physical persons in the markets, in shopping centers

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization and carrying out selective state statistical observation of amounts of retail sale of goods by individual entrepreneurs and physical persons in the markets, in shopping centers, approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2016 No. 154 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.11. 2016, 7/3634), following changes and amendments:

in Item 16 part two "workers" to replace the word with the word to "workers";

add Item 23 with part six of the following content:

"The certificate is registered in register of certificates of interviewers in form according to appendix 4-1 to this Instruction.";

add the Instruction with Item 23-1 of the following content:

"23-1. The employee of personnel service of territorial authority of the state statistics transfers certificates to the employee of territorial authority of the state statistics authorized on issue and acceptance of certificates (further - the authorized worker).";

in Item 24:

in word part one "personnel service of territorial authority of the state statistics" shall be replaced with words "the authorized worker";
