Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2007 "About law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 173, 2/1360; 2012, No. 55, 2/1913; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.01. 2014, 2/2121) following changes:
1. The fifth Article 8 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

3. In Article 13:
from word part three "the Department of Internal Affairs on protection of the Minsk subway - the head of department of internal affairs on protection of the Minsk subway," to exclude;
in part four of the word "The Head of Department of Internal Affairs on Protection of the Minsk Subway, Chiefs" to replace with the word "Chiefs".
4. To exclude from part three of Article 15 and part three of Article 16 of the word "and the Departments of Internal Affairs on protection of the Minsk subway".
5. In Article 41:

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2009 "About the state protection" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 119, 2/1568) the following changes:
1. In part one of Article 24 of the word "maintenance and providing activities" shall be replaced with words "ensuring activities and maintenance".
