The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Bring in Rules of provision of monthly monetary compensation on acquisition of food products to citizens, the affected radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2004 No. 907 "About social support of the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 2, Art. 164; No. 25, Art. 2512; 2010, No. 40, Art. 5078; 2015, No. 11, Art. 1597; 2017, No. 51, Art. 7808), following changes:
a) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "to the citizens specified in Article 14 part four" shall be replaced with words to "the children specified in Article 14 part five";
b) the subitem "d" of Item 2 (to declare 2) invalid.
2. Declare invalid the paragraph the fifteenth the subitem "b" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding exception of cases of reclamation from citizens of certificates of family composition and other similar documents approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2017 No. 1497 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 51, the Art. 7808).
