According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About social security of disabled people in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 1, 2017 the No. UP-5270 "About Measures for Cardinal Enhancement of System of the State Support of Persons with Disability" Ministry of the Higher and Secondary Vocational Education and Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Make additions to the Regulations on procedure for control and criteria for evaluation of knowledge of students at the Tashkent state legal university in the conditions of modular training system approved by the resolution of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 22, 2016 No. No. 1-2016 and 4 (рег. No. 2780 of April 22, 2016) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 16, the Art. 172), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
