About approval of changes which are made to some Orders of the Government

Based on Items a), b) and e) article 11 of the Law No. 179/2008 on public and private partnership (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 165-166, 605), the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, the Art. 373), and also for the purpose of ensuring implementation of public and private partnership in the field of health care, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection to notify Competition council on change of term of the project of the public and private partnership provided in c letter) the subitem 2) of Item of 1 appendix to this resolution. The provisions of this resolution relating to change of term of the public and private partnership provided in c letter) the subitem 2) of Item of 1 appendix to this resolution, become effective only after adoption of the relevant decision by Competition council according to the Law No. 139/2012 on government assistance.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
