About the Procedure for maintaining the register of the production facilities on production (production) of food products which are not subject to state registration

For the purpose of implementation of Article 37 of the Technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of food products" (TP/TC 021/2011) approved by the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 880, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the register of the production facilities on production (production) of food products which are not subject to state registration according to appendix.

2. Determine authorized body by maintaining the register of accounting of the production facilities on production (production) of food products which are not subject to state registration, except for production facilities, being subject to state registration, specified in Article 32 of the Technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of food products" (TP/TC 021/2011) approved by the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 880, Department of prevention of diseases and state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Department of prevention of diseases and the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 10, 2013 No. 319 the following change:
