About the organization and functioning of Public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment"

For the purpose of increase in effective management of projects on rendering financial and technical assistance in the field of environmental protection and use of natural resources, based on Items b) and e) article 7 of the Law on the Government No. 136/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), Art. 32 of the Law on the central branch public management No. 98/2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 160-164, the Art. 537), with subsequent changes, the Government DECIDES:

1. Rename Public organization "Division on Implementation and Coordinating of Projects Public Organization "EMP Management Durabil POP"" into Public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment".

2. The legal entities provided in appendix No. 1 to this resolution are subject to reorganization by merge (absorption) to Public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment".

3. The public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment" is successor of the rights and obligations of the reorganized legal entities.

4. To transfer property of the reorganized legal entities to Public organization "Division on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment" according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015 of year.
