Based on the Law of Ukraine "About energy saving" of 01.07.94 N 74/94-BP and according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 2000 I ORDER to N1039 "Questions of the State Inspection on Energy Saving":

1. Approve Rules of the item-by-item termination and recovery of gas supply by the State inspectorate for energy saving to consumers of natural gas, except the population which are applied.

2. State inspectorate for energy saving (Gamanyuk L. Yu.):

2.1. In five-day time to provide provision of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. In ten-day time after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to consumers of natural gas, except the population to bring Rules of the item-by-item termination and recovery of gas supply by the State inspectorate for energy saving to permission of territorial administrations of the State inspectorate for energy saving.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee of Zhovtyansky VA.
