Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning marking by excise stamps of the tobacco products imported into the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 20, 2010 No. 76 "About excise stamps for marking of the Russian Federation imported on customs area of tobacco products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 9, Art. 968; 2016, No. 50, Art. 7102):

a) in the name and Items 1 and 2 of the word "on customs area of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "to the Russian Federation";

b) declare Item 3 invalid;

c) in item 4 of figure "150" to replace with figures "200";

d) in Item 6:

in paragraph one of the word "on customs area of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "to the Russian Federation";

state subitems "an" and "b" in the following edition:

"a) as supplies and remaining on boards sea (river), aircrafts and in trains during their stay on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also in Items of their intermediate stop and the parking;
