2. To the Federal Customs Service:

since September 1, 2024 to stop acceptance and consideration of the applications about issue of the excise stamps issued according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 2 orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2024 to No. 804 "About features of marking of the tobacco products imported into the Russian Federation and control of turnover of tobacco products", given after August 31, 2024;
