1. Approve the list of power units of power plants and combined heat and power plants and the amount of funds added (received) as a part of selling price of electrical and heat energy in the form of the target allowance to applicable fare on electrical and heat energy which are allocated for financing of the costs connected with completion of the specified power units and do not join in gross income of taxpayers (power companies), it agrees with appendix.
Approve the list of wind power stations and the amount of means added (received) as a part of selling price of electrical energy in the form of the target allowance to acting to rate for electrical energy which go for financing of the costs connected with construction of power units of wind power stations and do not join in gross income of the taxpayer of the state company "The national energy company "Ukrenergo" according to appendix 2.
Approve the amounts of means added (received) as a part of selling price and transmission of electricity which go for financing of the costs connected with completion of construction of the first priority of trial power plant of the Mashproyekt scientific and production enterprise in the village Kaborga of the Nikolaev region and do not join in gross income of taxpayers of the state company "Energorynok" and open joint stock company "the Power supplying Nikolayevoblenergo company, it agrees with appendix 3.
