The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2013 No. 1275 "About approval of Rules of issue of omissions on entrance and stay in borderland" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 68, the Art. 909) the following change:

Rules of issue of omissions on the entrance and stay in borderland approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. General provisions

1. These rules of issue of omissions on entrance and stay in borderland (further - Rules) determine procedure for issue of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Border service (further - the Border service) omissions on entrance and stay in borderland (further - the omission).
