1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of creation is estimated, forming, maintaining and use of insurance fund of documentation and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) by the Public archive agency which are applied is determined.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2017 No. 840 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of creation is estimated of forming, maintaining and use of insurance fund of documentation and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) by the Public archive agency is determined" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 92, the Art. 2792).
