Declare invalid the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2012 No. 348 "About approval of Rules of carrying out certification and recertification of technical experts in the field of ensuring unity of measurements and verificators of measuring instruments, and also qualification requirements to them" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8063, No. 440-441 is published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of December 20, 2012 (27259-27260).
3. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
