About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About target use of the ecological payments paid by the companies"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 15, 2001 ZR-188 "About target use of the ecological payments paid by the companies":

Part 1 before words "and "Gadzh" to add 1) with words", "The Armenian nuclear power plant", the Nairit plant, and in the same part of the word of "limited liability company" shall be replaced with words "limited liability companies … and "Geopromayning Gold";

2) in the first offer of part 2 of the word "administrative budgets" shall be replaced with words "administrative and share budgets";

To add 3) with new part of the following content:

"According to this Law, assignments are made from the ecological payments established for emission of hazardous substances from stationary sources to the air basin, emission of hazardous substances and connections to the water basin and placement of production and consumer wastes in the environment in accordance with the established procedure.".

Article 2. In article 2 of the Law of the word "administrative … municipalities" shall be replaced with words "administrative and share … municipalities".

Article 3. To state article 3 of the Law in the following edition:

"The draft of the program is developed by the head of municipality on the basis of programs of local actions for development (social and economic development) of this area or the municipality or environmental protection approved according to the procedure, established by the legislation, or other documents of program or strategic importance. The program is published by the head of municipality.

The companies, and also other legal entities and physical persons can represent to the head of municipality written project proposals of the Program within fifteen days after its publication.
