About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About target use of the ecological payments paid by the companies"

Article 1. In heading and all text of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 15, 2001 "About target use of the ecological payments paid by the companies" the word "payments" in the corresponding case forms to replace ZR-188 with the word "tax" in the corresponding case forms.

Article 2. In article 1 of the Law:

The second paragraph after the words "actually paid to the government budget" to add 1) with words "(since January 1, 2018 - enlisted from the single account into the treasurer account of the government budget considering the obligation as regards ecological tax)";

The third paragraph to state 2) in the following edition:

"Under this Law of assignment are made from the amounts of ecological tax for emission of hazardous substances in atmospheric air from stationary sources of emission, leakage of hazardous substances and connections in water resource, and also placement and (or) storage of waste of subsurface use, production and (or) consumption in specially allocated places.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
